Welcome to the Support Tools section, which contains guides for administrators and IT staff to analyze and diagnose device and system issues from within the Zebra DNA Cloud console.
Zebra DNA Client
The Zebra DNA Client app is installed at device enrollment and can be used to display device logs of DNA Cloud activities. Logs are refreshed automatically, displaying the latest events at the top, and allow searching and filtering activities by category, status and date/time:

Remote RxLogger

RxLogger is a utility included with all Zebra devices that collects data and event logs from the Android kernel, logcat and other system components, and stores them in a single location where they can be filtered, displayed and analyzed.
Wireless Insights
Wireless Insights is a service built into Zebra devices that provides visibility into cellular and Wi-Fi performance, roaming activities and voice data metrics.
