Prerequisites and Project Configuration Settings

To run the Developer Demo application, ensure that you have the following prerequisites:

1. JDK 21
2. Eclipse IDE for Java Developers Version: 2024-03 (4.31.0)
3. Install Ant and configure it if you want to run from the command line
