Tips for developing with this SDK...

1. As a best practice, it is recommended to not make calls to the API from the GUI thread
   • As of Android version 2.3 (Gingerbread), networking communication is no longer allowed on the UI thread. Use AsyncTask to accomplish this.
2. Only mobile printers are available with built-in magnetic card readers. See MagCardReader
