Sets the scanner power mode.
Example Usage:
POWER_MODE.DEFAULT;
Values:
DEFAULT -Default linear security level configured on device.
LOW -Lowest power, but slowest performance.
OPTIMIZED -Power level adjusts with scanning usage (Defalt).
HIGH -High power, and excellent performance.
ALWAYS_ON -Highest power, fastest performance.
